P90X Day 82: Legs and Back/ Ab Ripper X

Legs day always kills me! I have been getting really good with the wall squats 🙂 But dang this workout is tough! Well, no one said it was going to be easy either! For the one exercise I think it is super skaters when I have to bend my left leg it kills the back of my leg for some off reason. I did pop something in it in high school so maybe that’s what it is I am not quite sure. It only bugs me when I do those though. Almost done P90X! I can’t believe it 🙂
