I did some of the yoga today! It is still not my favorite. It is weird though. Sometimes I do doubles with Cardio X and the yoga in the beginning of that is fine! I don’t know if it is because in cardio it is much faster paced or if it is not a big section of it? I am not too sure, but I like it better in that workout than the actual yoga workout. It is just too much for me. I get really light headed and all my blood rushes to my head with a lot of the moves. I do enjoy the balancing stuff and the stretching, but the beginning stuff kills me especially my neck for some reason. One day I will get used to it… maybe I am not doing something right?
