Military Push-Ups:      6 regular reps and 5 on knees

Reverse Grip Chin-Ups:  
14 reps with green band

Wide Fly Push-Ups:          
13 reps on knees

Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Ups:  
13 reps with green band

Decline Push-Ups:     
10 reps on knees
3 reps on knees
Heavy Pants:         
5 reps using 50 pound weights

Diamond Push-Ups:   11 reps on knees

Lawnmowers:
