P90X Day 63: Rest or X stretch + Cardio X

So, I decided to add another day of cardio to my doubles! I know today was X stretch so I was not doing another workout, but I think it is a better idea to do it today then to do it on a day where I am already doing a cardio type of exercise like kenpo or plyo! It felt so great 🙂 I also did the Xstretch, which of course felt amazing too!! I had my breakfast this morning, which was turkey bacon, egg whites, cantaloupe and diet green tea! It was so good and I just got done eating my protein bar!!! I can’t wait to have my shakeology today 🙂 I look forward to it everyday!!
