P90X Day 57: Chest & Back / Ab Ripper X

Wow, its been awhile since I’ve done this exercise! Last time I had to do this was on day 15, and today is Day 57. I totally forgot how intense this could be. Every other move is a pushup! I also started it really late.  Boy where my arms killing me during this, they were so weak by the end because of all the pushups!  I noticed something today with my elbow that I haven’t noticed in a while too. I noticed that because of just coming out of recovery week, I had no elbow pain. I was able to get about halfway through the workout without experiencing any pain in my elbow.

Heres today’s stats

Week 9
Standard Push-Ups:    
11 reps regular, 6 reps on knees
15 reps on knees
Wide Front Pull-Ups:  
21 reps with green band
09 reps with green band
Military Push-Ups:      10 reps on knees
12 reps on knees
Reverse Grip Chin-Ups:  
15 reps with green band
19 reps with green band
Wide Fly Push-Ups:          
17 reps on knees
11 reps on knees
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Ups:  
15 reps with green band
 14 reps with green band
Decline Push-Ups:     
8 reps on knees
11 reps on knees
Heavy Pants:         
10 reps using 35 pound weights   (next time using heavier weights!)
10 reps using 35 pound weights  (next time using heavier weights!)
Diamond Push-Ups:   12 reps on knees
8 reps on knees
Lawnmowers:   
11 reps of 35 pounds on my right arm and 12 reps of 35 pounds on my leg arm
11 reps of 35 pounds on my right arm and 11 reps of 35 pounds on my leg arm
Diver-Bomber Push-Ups:  
11 on knees
13 on knees
Back Flys:  
13 reps using 10 pound weights
15 reps using 10 pound weights

OK it’s getting late so I’m going to put some ice on my elbow and take some ibuprofen to relieve the swelling, hopefully it will be like new by tommorrow.
