P90X Day 56: Phase 2 Complete, Progress Pictures and Measurements Posted!

Well another big day is here, day 56 which is the end of Phase 2 of 3 of my P90X program.

Day 1 Body Measurements
Body Fat %:
24.8
Height: 5’6
Weight: 175.8 (in boxers and t-shirt)
Chest:
40.25″
Waist: 39.5″
Hips: 37.8″
Right Thigh: 24.75″
Left Thigh: 24″
Right Arm: 13.5″
Left Arm: 12.75″ (I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)

Day 28 Body Measurements
Body Fat %:
20.9
Height: 5’6
Weight: 161.6 (in boxers and t-shirt)
Chest:
37.5″
Waist: 37″
Hips: 36″     
Right Thigh: 23″
Left Thigh: 23.5″
Right Arm: 12.75″
Left Arm: 12″(I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)

Day 56 Body Measurements
Body Fat %:
20  4.8% lost
Height: 5’6
Weight: 154.6 (in boxers and t-shirt) 21.2 pounds lost
Chest:
36.75  3.5″ inches lost
Waist: 35.75″   3.75″ inches lost
Hips: 36″      1.8″ inches lost
Right Thigh: 22.5″ 3″ inches lost
Left Thigh: 22″ 2″ inches lost
Right Arm: 12.5″  1″ inches lost
Left Arm: 12″ .75″ inches lost (I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)

21.2  pounds lost and over 15  inches lost is great! I can’t wait to see what my 90 day results will look like.
