Let’s see… core synergistics was interesting. I am not a big fan because I don’t like rolling around on the floor. The only rolling one I like is the superman banana one 🙂 One thing that I took notice to today was new muscles in my stomach. I was doing the move on the floor when you’re on your side and raising your hip I think it is called hip raise and my side muscles in my stomach holy cow!!! I was so excited I ran into Chris’ room to tell him how excited I was, but he had no idea about what because I needed to finish the workout! Then when I was done I showed him and he was like I see it!!! I am so excited! I never thought I would be so excited about something like that 😛
Today is my favorite food day! Turkey burger yummmyyy…. we actually bought ground chicken because for some reason our grocery store like never has ground turkey! I don’t know why, but it is pretty annoying, but I am sure it will be just as good as usual!
And I just want to thank Chris for being my awesome coach and loving me everyday 🙂 I also want to thank him for making me laugh until I almost pee my pants. When I read his blog from yesterday this morning I couldn’t stop laughing 😀
