Well today was rest/x stretch and boy did I need it! I woke up this morning so sore, my knees hurt and and my legs hurt. In no way did I feel like stretching today, so I didn’t I took it as a sign I needed to rest. Unfortunately I did not get to really rest because I had work from 9am to 9pm, and man oh man that was torture. I was basically running around all day and by 1 pm my feet were also killing me. I also noticed that every time I bent over to pick something up that my lower back would also hurt. I think today was the first time since starting P90X that I have experienced this much pain from the program. I don’t know what I did because I felt fine yesterday after Kenpo X, maybe it’s delayed muscle onset. I’m so glad tommorrow is yoga, hopefully it will make the pain better!
