Today was crazy crazy plyometrics. I always have a hard time with this workout. It is hard, but I do enjoy some of it. I was sweating and barely able to breath just from the warm up! This just goes to show me that it is a good workout. I try different types of things like raising my arms for the squad jacks and the Mary Katherine Lunges. I go for as long as I can doing that and if I can’t do all of them like that then I just put my hands behind my head or on my hips.
I had to wait to do my workout until 6ish because I had class this morning and work after. It wasn’t that bad though.
