You might think that stretching on the rest days would be crazy, but it is definitely not!! I definitely recommend stretching on the stretch or rest day because dang are your muscles tight! I am a pretty flexible person, but today doing the stretches I was tight everywhere. Doing the hamstring stretches on the floor my right leg I could not even go down all the way like I normally can! It is absolutely crazyyy!!!
This morning Chris wanted breakfast in bed so I was an awesome girlfriend and made us the eggs with cheese, turkey bacon, cantaloupe, and milk. It was pretty good 🙂 We just relaxed and watched some TV!
The back of my legs are killing me today though!
