Lately I haven’t been doing my exercises at the usual time I do them, I’ve been working hard trying to add content to this website. Today was no different, I did my workout at 930 pm. Which sucks because it was Yoga X and It’s 90 minutes long!. Well at least I thought it would suck, it actually wasn’t that bad. I was hitting all the marks on it and felt like I killed the exercise. Time also seemed to go by really fast, which is rare for this exercise. It feels good doing Yoga right before bed because now I feel nice and relaxed and I will probably fall right to sleep like a baby! Which actually sounds like a good idea… I think I’ll go do that now.
