Plyometrics today was intense!, I thought I was going to throw up during it. I had a protein shake about an hour and a half before this work out and that probably wasn’t a good idea. I thought it would give me energy for my workout like I had last time, but it didn’t. I was huffing and puffing through the workout and fighting the urge not to be sick. Plyometrics is no joke. It is after all the “Mother of all P90X workouts”. So far the previous statement seems to be completely true, atleast to me. Other then getting my butt kicked in todays workout, everything else went pretty smooth and I rewarded myself after with my shakeology mixed with tsp peanut butter, ice, sprinkle of cinnamon, and scoop of protein powder. It was DELICIOUS.
In other news, I got my first Team Beachbody Pin today in the mail! Completely unexpected. It’s awesome because it shows my advancement as a coach. The pin I got is the first of many in a series of rank advancement of being a coach. It symbolizes my Active status in ending the trend of obesity!
