Well the big day is finally here, day 28 which is the end of Phase 1 of 3 of my P90X program.
Day 1 Body Measurements
Body Fat %: 24.8
Weight: 175.8 (in boxers and t-shirt)
Right Thigh: 24.75″
Left Thigh: 24″
Right Arm: 13.5″
Left Arm: 12.75″ (I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)
Day 28 Body Measurements
Body Fat %: 20.9 3.9% lost
Weight: 161.6 (in boxers and t-shirt) 14.2 pounds lost
Chest: 37.5″ 2.75″ inches lost
Waist: 37″ 2.5″ inches lost
Hips: 36″ 1.8″ inches lost
Right Thigh: 23″ 2.5″ inches lost
Left Thigh: 23.5″ .5″ inches lost
Right Arm: 12.75″ .75″ inches lost
Left Arm: 12″ .75″ inches lost (I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)
One thing I’m surprised about is that I lost inches in my arms. I thought because of building up my arms with more muscle they would be bigger, but who knows. I also can’t really see a difference between the two pictures which is a bit disappointing, so I’m glad I took measurements too because they show the true story.
14.2 pounds lost and all those inches lost is great! I can’t wait to see what the next group of results will look like.
