Today was Stretch X and it was great. I love anytime I get to really open up my body and stretch out all the muscles. It sets you in a more relaxing mood, and is incredibly helpful in releaving muscle soreness. I’ve also noticed a significant difference If I don’t stretch on my rest/stretch days, I’m more stiff! Everybody should always stretch!
Also, does anybody have any suggestion on weight sets? I’m thinking about getting powerblocks or Bowflex 5/52 Selectech Dumbbells. I need something that would work well in an apartment where I don’t have a lot of space.
