Alrighty, so today has been awesome so far and it is only 8:18 AM! I woke up and had my protein shake, which consisted of milk, whey protein (vanilla), strawberries, and ice! It was so yummmmyy!! Then I got to do Kenpo X, which I absolutely love. You really start to work up a sweat and your heart starts to beat like crazy!!! It is a nice workout because it is only 58 minutes, but you still get something out of it even though you don’t use weights or bands. I feel so refreshed.
Today I gotta go to work for 11 and I’ll be there until 3 so I won’t get to eat lunch until I come home. I plan on eating my protein bar right before I go into work. I will be really hungry by the time I get done though. I wish my body would start getting used to when I am eating and stuff. I will be sitting in class and all you can here is my stomach growling. SO EMBARRASSING!!
Lunch is Island Pork Tenderloin salad and dinner is Broccoli and Beef Stir Fry, which I am pretty sure is my favorite meal along with the lemon garlic chicken 🙂 We are probably going to switch dinner and lunch because I will not have time to make lunch when I get home to eat at the right time. It is fine to do that because we are still eating what we are supposed to.
Well, I am going to go hop in the shower now! I need to get ready for work and go run some errands first. See you all tomorrow <3
