P90X Day 19: Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper

So far today I am so shaky from working out! My legs and arms are hurting pretty bad. I can barely type this right now that’s how shaky my arms are. The workout was pretty awesome though. I love using the weights and bands. The wall sit is pretty intense though. That really makes my legs burn like crazy. I was really drained from doing the workout and then I still have to do ab ripper x, which has been getting easier for me. The fifer scissors kill me every time I do ab ripper, but lately I have been able to get farther without stopping.

I ate breakfast before I worked out. Chris and I had spinach scramble and milk. For some reason I was not feeling the eggs this morning. Usually I really enjoy them, but not today. I don’t know if I am getting sick of them or if I just wasn’t that hungry I didn’t really care for them today. I am usually not that hungry in the morning so it is hard for me to finish my breakfast.

We actually have to go buy more protein powder and milk so we can have our protein shake tomorrow morning for breakfast. One thing I don’t like about the nutrition plan is having to go buy groceries every time we run out of something so we can keep eating what we are supposed to. This time around a lot of stuff lasted longer, but before we were running out like crazy. Plus, we are two college kids we don’t have a lot of money so yeah. Some stuff we got rid of like the tuna salad we just eat chicken salad instead. That’s more chicken, but it is something we rather eat. I guess it’s time to do some grocery shopping again though.

For lunch Chris is eating the turkey burger and coleslaw. I had to make chef salad for myself because after my first class today I need to stay after to meet with my group. There is no where to heat up the burger so I rather just have the salad. I will probably eat my protein bar around 12ish because that is when I start getting really hungry again. Sometime tonight when I get home I will be eating salmon 🙂
