P90X Day 19: Legs & Back / Ab Ripper + MORE PROTEIN!

Before my workout today I ran over to Walmart because we ran out of protein powder. That is never a good sign so this time I decided to buy a 2 pound thing of it. There were so many options and I wasn’t sure which one to get, so I sent a text to my coach and he helped me out. Basically he told me “Protein powder needs to have the most protein per total calories in a serving. For example, my protein power is 116 calories per serving with 26 grams of protein which makes it a good ratio. 0 fat and only 3 grams of carbs” . This was a very helpful tip so I decided to purchase the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein: Vanilla flavored. It has 140 calories, 3 grams of fat, 2 carbs, and 26 grams of protein per serving.  Best of yet it was only 14.98 lol. After coming home from Walmart I did my workout,  Today was harder then usual. Not too sure why. Well Legs & Back were fine, but Ab ripper was so difficult today. I was exhausted from the legs & back so by the time I had to do ab ripper I had almost nothing in me.  I really had to reach down and try to focus and do my best.  So that’s what I did, I did my best and forgot the rest, that’s all anyone could really ask for.  After this I was completely drained, but was happy because once again I persevered through it and came out stronger in the end. I even used my little protein shake as a reward for making it through. Which by the way guys, it taste delicious, I highly recommend it!

Just checked the tracking, shakeology is set to come tommorrow, can’t wait!
