Wow, I feel so much better after today’s workout. SO glad I did not decide to skip it and screw up my whole p90x progress.  I realized today that the motto of “keep pressing play” is so true and is a MUST. Before I worked out today I had a long day of work and only got a few hours of sleep the night before, so obviously I was exhausted when I got home.   I had dinner after work while watching a little television and that almost completely destroyed my progress. Sitting on the couch after eating is such a bad idea because I got extremely tired and unmotivated.  Luckily, I was able to get up off that couch (with a little self-talk motivation) and go do my workout. Now that I did I am so glad and can’t believe I would allow my mind to make me feel like not working out.

It’s all about your mindset people, so get your mind right and you can do anything!
