P90X Day 13 Kenpo X
So today was Kenpo X. Second time doing it and kind of feeling like its not intense enough, almost too easy. I feel like it does not get my heart beating enough as plyometrics does, but it does go quickly and hey who knows maybe it will make me a better fighter. haha.
I really need to look into getting a heart rate monitor so I can be sure I’m in the burning calories zone.
Today I ate:
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Beef and Broccoli Stir fry
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin Salad
Tomorrow is my rest/stretch day, I’ll be choosing to stretch.

I also want to thank my new coach, Chris G.. I made the switch and had him be my coach since the coach I was assigned was a dud and did not help me at all. Thank you for your help today with the before pictures and the advice.
