P90X Day 0: Fit Test and Before Pictures

Very excited to start the P90X program and finally get into shape! Yesterday and the past week I had a goodbye party to all the bad foods in my house as well as ate everything I thought I may develop a craving for while on P90X.

I am now ready to start the program and BRING IT!

Here are my P90X Day 0 fit test results and before pictures.

“Before”  Body Measurements
Body Fat %:
Height: 5’6
Weight: 175.8 (in boxers and t-shirt)
Waist: 39.5″
Hips: 37.8″
Right Thigh: 24.75″
Left Thigh: 24″
Right Arm: 13.5″
Left Arm: 12.75″ (I have Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in this arm, so thats why such a variation between arms)

The Fit Test
Heart Rate: Could not measure because I do not have a heartrate monitor
Pull-Ups: 1/4, yes that is one fourth, not 1 out of 4
Vertical Leap:  1ft 2 inches (Wall wasn’t high enough, I hit the top)
Push-Ups: 12
Toe Touch: +3
Wall Squat: 1 minute 12 seconds
Bicep Curls: 12 reps @ 20 pounds
In & Outs: 29
