Really excited to start P90X. I have been waiting for a while since we bought it because I needed to say adios to all the bad food and drinks first! Now it is time… time to BRING IT!!!

Here are my fit test results

“Before”  Body Measurements
Body Fat %:
Height: 5’10
Weight: 140.2 ( in bikini bottoms and bikini top)
Waist: 31.5″
Hips: 33″
Right Thigh: 21.8″
Left Thigh: 21.5″
Right Arm: 10″
Left Arm: 9.9″

The Fit Test
Heart Rate: Could not measure because I do not have a heartrate monitor
Pull-Ups: 0 (:-( )
Vertical Leap:  9 inches  (Wall wasn’t high enough, I hit the top)
Push-Ups: off knees: 2 on knees: 3
Toe Touch: +3.5
Wall Squat: 1 minute 6 seconds
Bicep Curls: 40 reps, 5lbs
In & Outs: 10
