Today’s free workout is geared towards all the football fans out there. For this workout we have the great Willie McGinest showing us Football Drills for SPEED & AGILITY. Willie is a 15 year NFL Veteran, 3 time super bowl champion, 2 time all pro, and post season sack leader. If your going to train from somebody you might as well train from the best.
